Lil Wayne received a pair of exclusive ‘Rose in Harlem’ Air Jordans from Teyana Taylor

She was appreciative when the hip-hop artist came to her birthday celebration.

It seems like people are giving each other free Air Jordans wherever you turn. Marcus Jordan gave complimentary Jordans to Larsa Pippen. Travis Scott gave out complimentary Jordans to the Houston Astros. Although she hasn’t received any complimentary Jordans yet, the Best Products news editor is welcome to get them.

Rapper Lil Wayne, who ironically just disclosed that his next album, Tha Carter VI, is on the way, is the most recent recipient of these limited-edition ‘Rose in Harlem’ shoes. It’s interesting to note that the individual who just gave Wayne those Jordans couldn’t even see a PG-13 film by herself when the now-40-year-old unleashed the first part of his Tha Carter sextilogy in 2004.

That’s because Teyana Taylor provided them “Rose in Harlem” Jordans. HipHopDX claims that they were handed to Lil Wayne as a thank you for showing up to her 2020 Ԁirty Thirty birthday celebration in Miami, Florida, and for the flowers he gave her when he first arrived.

Wayne displayed the sneakers on social media. He remarked, “These b****es is beautiful,” in a social media post on the Young Money platform. Additionally, you informed me that it was as a result of the flowers I gave you. Thank you. You don’t have to return the favor. I’m not up to this.”

The sneakers, “so named after Teyana’s 2018 song ‘Rose in Harlem,’” according to HipHopDX, are also a sneak peek at Taylor’s next Nike collaboration. With this sneaker partnership and her newly revealed role in a Dionne Warwick biopic, Taylor is really having, in the words of the phrase, “a major moment.” This is why there’s an even more intriguing link between the just revealed Tha Carter sequel and the present from Lil Wayne.

Since Teyana Taylor initially came to notice in 2007, during Lil Wayne’s own “major moment,” Yes, Teyana Taylor made her debut on television in the year when Lil Wayne was the largest hip-hop star, about to be awarded “Rapper of the Year” by The New Yorker, and Tha Carter III was about to release.

Taylor is probably the first My Suρer Sweet Sixteen celebrity to possess a pair of shoes, but she may not be the last. After all, Audrey seems to have suԀԀenly gone popular on TikTоk. Perhaps she will also receive a pair. Just watch that you don’t offer it to her at “the wrong time.”
